At AlphaVIT, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below regarding our shipping process.
### Order Processing
* Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
* Most orders are processed within **1–2 business days** after payment has been successfully received.
* During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
### Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.
**Canada**
* Standard Shipping: **2–7 business days**
**United States**
* Standard Shipping: **3–8 business days**
International shipping may become available in the future.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
### Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
### Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
AlphaVIT is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
### Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
AlphaVIT is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located.
### Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
* Take clear photos of the shipping box and damaged product(s).
* Contact our customer support within **48 hours** of delivery.
* Include your order number and supporting photos.
We will review your claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
### Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
### Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.
