Return Window

30 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions

• Products should be unopened and in original packaging where possible.
• Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at service@alphavitlab.com with your order number and reason.
2. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
3. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
